We just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how happy we are with your service of our pool.
We had no idea for the past few years, with our prior pool servicer, what a clean pool really was. It previously seemed to be clean for short periods but we always had battles of green times or times when the bottom of the pool looked dark. The previous servicer would sometimes miss a day or a week for whatever reason which seemed to compound our precarious situation. It seemed to us that keeping a truly clean, salt water pool, was a challenge and we just left the balancing act of dark, or green to then sometimes clean, up to the man we thought at the time was the professional.
We, obviously, were very wrong. In the few short months since you've been cleaning our pool, we went from occasionally being able to swim, to a gorgeous, crystal clear pool. It's amazing how different our pool is now. I was stunned on the first week you started to clean our pool, that you were able to take it from black to crystal clear so quickly. And then you kept it at that same perfect level. THANK YOU Carolina Pool King! You are just that, a king in our eyes!

Now that the renovation of my “swamp” has resulted in a pool and setting that we are quite proud of, I wanted to drop you this note of appreciation.
As the CEO of a service organization I recognize (more than most) how rare it is to find the quality and value that Carolina Pool King delivers. As I think I told you in our first meeting, we have experienced (“suffered”) multiple disappointments with just the opposite. It truly appears that your company is the exception to the rule when it comes to quality and integrity in pool/spa design and care.

Our backyard fantasy is finally a reality thanks to Carolina Pool King.
Over a year ago we sat down and made a “wish list” of what we wanted in our yard. We
Had ideas, we had a budget but we needed someone who could materialize our wishes. We met with numerous pool companies and found Carolina Pool King to be exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a company that took pride in their work, knew the pool industry inside and out and most of all was trustworthy by delivering what they promised.
From our first meeting with salesman, Chris (Skully) Hartsell we appreciated that he did not try to sell us what he thought we needed, instead he listened to what we wanted and then used his expertise to give us ideas and suggestions based on our budget and our topography.
After meeting with Chris, we were introduced to the owner himself, Jim King and without hesitation we were sold. Both Chris and Jim showed us how to work with a “less than level” landscape and showed us plans that incorporated our existing patio and pergola. It was amazing to see our dreams come to life.
Carolina Pool Kings’ employees were the best working crew we have ever seen. They treated the project with such precision that each night we stood in our yard and marveled at how it looked better than we could have imagined.
As two people who worked in new home building for many years we know the value of quality workmanship and we got to see that firsthand everyday that these guys were on the job.
Installing an in-ground pool and all the extras that come with it is a huge investment and you need to be certain that the finished project is what you envisioned. We are happy to say that our expectations were exceeded by a long shot. Our yard is one we will enjoy for many, many years and one we are proud to show off.
